Illuminated Architectural Installation

Sway Active Work Chair
Sway is a mechanical work chair for changing posture through the day. Two continuous timber rockers support three upholstered pads: back, seat and shin. A single manual lever proposes adjustment between working positions; there are no wheels, battery or motor.
This is an active-seating concept, not a medical or certified ergonomic device. Comfort, adjustment range, rocker geometry, load capacity, pinch points and long-duration use must be verified through full-scale prototypes and user trials before sale.

Power and controls
No power required. Power location, switching, control integration and cable routes are shown in the approved project drawings.
Installation
Freestanding for a clear, level floor. Rocking clearance and floor protection required. Structural capacity and local compliance remain subject to review by the project team.
Shipping and field assembly
Two side frames, cross-members and pads pack separately; studio assembly recommended. Freight is quoted after crate size, weight, destination, insurance and access are confirmed.
Service and replacement parts
Removable covers, serviceable hardware and reversible connections are planned wherever the approved design allows. The final handover identifies care, adjustment and replaceable parts for the actual piece.
