Studio and Process
AUTHË is a kinetic sculpture studio in India. We design, engineer and build moving works in metal and light for private, hospitality, workplace and cultural spaces worldwide.
What we build
Our current work includes wall-mounted kinetic light installations, freestanding sculptures and suspended architectural pieces. Motors, bearings, optics, lighting, structure, control systems and service access are developed as part of the artwork.
How a commission works
We begin with the site: dimensions, drawings, structure, power, circulation, ambient light and viewing distance. The studio then develops the motion, materials and mounting system through drawings, prototypes and engineering review.
Fabrication and installation
AUTHË manages fabrication, testing, crating, freight coordination, installation and final calibration. Each completed work includes a signed record, operating information and a maintenance plan.
