Refund policy

AUTHË furniture is made to order from design visualisations. A physical sample may not yet exist. After purchase, we email the final materials, dimensions and dispatch plan for your approval before production.

If you do not approve the final specification, contact us at https://authe.store/pages/contact. We will cancel and refund the order in full to the original payment method. If we cannot make the approved piece, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

If your delivered item is damaged, defective or differs from the approved specification, contact us through the same page with your order number and photos so we can arrange a suitable remedy. For any other cancellation or return request, contact us and we will review it under applicable law and the terms agreed for your order. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
