Questions about commissioning, delivery and care
What does AUTHË make?
AUTHË designs and builds kinetic sculpture in metal and light. Current formats include wall-mounted installations, freestanding works and suspended architectural pieces.
How does a commission start?
Choose a work and complete its commission configurator, or send a site brief through the contact page. The studio reviews feasibility, confirms an indicative price band and identifies the drawings needed for a proposal.
What site information do you need?
Send the city and country, room dimensions, photographs or drawings, wall or ceiling construction, power location, door and lift sizes, access restrictions and target installation date.
Are the dimensions fixed?
No. Each product shows a standard configuration and native scale variants. Final dimensions, module sizes, mounting and clearances are confirmed after a site and access review.
Do the works need power and do they make noise?
The current works use 100–240 V input with concealed low-voltage controls. Motors and drives are selected for slow operation, but final sound criteria, speed and control method are confirmed for the room.
How are large works shipped and installed?
Works are designed as numbered, serviceable modules with reversible fasteners and labelled connections. Approved modules travel in custom crates and are assembled, aligned and calibrated on site by AUTHË or an approved local installer.
How is freight priced?
Freight is quoted separately after the module plan, crate dimensions, weight, destination, insurance, access and installation scope are known. The final amount is added to a Shopify draft order before payment.
What maintenance is required?
Each work includes an operating guide and maintenance plan. Typical care covers cleaning, visual inspection and scheduled checks of moving components. Remote support and planned on-site service can be included.
Can AUTHË install outside India?
Yes. AUTHË plans international crating, insured freight, customs documentation and installation. Local structural, electrical and rigging specialists can work under studio coordination where required.
